Continuum of Self: Lessons In Action/Inaction

I have considered deleting the post previous to this one because I am so embarrassed by how much time has passed and how little has changed.  Ultimately, I think it better to leave it.  There is no point in worrying over something I can not change or fretting over a decision I should have made long ago, especially when that decision can still be made this very moment.

I have been trying to make some small changes in food choices and I am wearing a new pedometer so I am hopeful that I can get my thing back in swing. :-)

Classes have just started but I may have some spots in my schedule where I can work in some workouts. Today I am snowed in (and probably will be for the rest of the weekend) so very little walking seems possible..but on the upside, shoveling snow is supposed to burn beaucoup cals.

That is an excellent article. I have found that when even I wear a pedometer, it helps to increase my motivation around my office. Keep up the great work with your articles and please stop by my health blog sometime. The web address is http://healthy-nutrition-facts.blogspot.com/.
